Womb Hara represents the sacred practice of intertwining and weaving the masculine and feminine energies in the body.
On a physical level, it is applying soft-tissue techniques and other stimulating tools to the abdomen, pelvis and back; with a focus on the stomach, and the womb areas.
On a metaphysical level, these two focus areas - the stomach and the womb - are an energetic representation of the masculine (the stomach; the solar plexus) and the feminine (the womb-space; the sacral chakra).
